Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel OR reschedule your appointment, please provide the salon with 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full service fee. Please note also that a late arrival may result in us needing to customize your service to fit the remaining appointment time (full service fee will apply).
